This female sexed embryo package is one to get excited about! We greatly appreciate former TBF Camper & Scholarship Recipient Aubrey Ellis and her family for making this donation. The sire to the embryos is VL Rojo Mocho 92/2 (P) who is one of the most exciting polled bulls in the breed. Only seven semen packages have ever been offered on this bull with them ranging from $5,500-$6,500/straw validating the interest in his genetics. Cattlemen around the world LOVE this bull due to his powerful build, outcross polled pedigree, and first offspring! The dam to 92/2 is the 2017 International Champion Female and now Santa Elena’s proven donor VL Elena 4/165. The sire to this powerful bull is their top polled bull VL Rojo Mocho 5/140 (P). Study the performance profile of 92/2 and you will see that his offspring should be born small, grow well, be heavy marbled, and his daughters should be great milkers.

The dam to the embryos is equally impressive. +VL Elena 4/28 was selected as Grand Champion of the Houston Livestock Show Junior Heifer Show as a calf in addition to other wins. She is now a proven producer with two International Show Class Winners, two additional ABBA Open Show Point earners, and a 2024 Brahmans at the Camellia consignment. As a result of the success of the calves out of 4/28 she reached the ABBA Register of Renown in 2023.
